Hello, I am Esther.

A bilingual therapist (Cantonese/English) passionate in helping women navigating the challenges of body image, disordered eating, motherhood, and identity. My approach blends evidence-based care with faith and cultural sensitivity — creating a space where healing is grounded in both clinical expertise and deep compassion.

Growing up between cultures, I understand how our roots shape our stories — how faith, family, and tradition can both sustain us and weigh heavily on our hearts. This is why I offer therapy that honors your whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

I’m passionate about helping women find freedom from shame and rediscover their inherent worth, especially when it comes to their relationship with food, body, and identity. I also love supporting mothers as they navigate the tender transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

With a decade of experience in trauma-informed care and specialties like EMDR and DBT, I meet my clients with respect, curiosity, and unwavering belief in their capacity to heal. Whether you’re wrestling with cultural expectations, navigating faith, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to hold a safe space for you.

My hope is to be a steady companion in your journey — offering a gentle balance of clinical skill and Christ-centered care as you build resilience, find your voice, and move toward a life that feels truly your own.
